Hamburger's Performance Products Spreader bars redistribute the torque load of the pan bolts to improve the sealing capabilities of the pan rails. Because of the notched rails on Hamburger's ECONO-SERIES Pans, spreader bars must be used to ensure a tight seal. THe replacement dipsticks and drainplugs are for use with Hamburger's pans only.
